BPS Test Administration Course in London

A practical one-day course designed to provide a basic introduction to testing to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of testing sessions.

The course trains junior human resource professionals and personnel, administrative and clerical staff to run testing sessions but not to purchase, interpret or feedback results. This will free up more highly trained staff. The course is a recognised CIPD and BPS qualification.

The course covers the basics of good test practice, test scoring and the use of comparison groups as well as providing practice in organising and running test sessions. It also touches on increasingly important diversity issues.
